Protein Sources in Pregnancy

“Protein sources (in pregnancy), I think are very important, what we’re putting into our body. So you know pasture-fed eggs are going to be the highest quality of eggs. They are going to have great nutrition. Nuts can be a great source of protein and pumpkin seeds for women who aren’t really into meat. Wild-caught sources of fish can be very beneficial because it is really all about the nutrient content. Pasture-raised chicken, grass-fed beef, things like that are quality sources of protein that you can add to your diet that will really help your body and help your growing baby.”
