When is the best time to conceive during the month?

“So this is a simple answer. It’s the middle of the month. So if you, it’s, it’s pretty simple math. So you figure out how many days your cycles are. So, really pay attention. And if you have 28-day cycle, then subtract generally 14, and you’re going to probably ovulate around cycle day 14. If you have a 30-day cycle, subtract 14. Simple, it’s day 16 or 15. So the average person is going to have about a 28 to 30-day cycle. So they’re usually ovulating between day 13, 14, 15 or 16. And maybe even as late as 18. So once you know when you’re ovulating, that’s when you release an egg. And then an egg, will, an egg has a fertile window. It’s about 24 hours.

So the time to have sex is when you ovulate the day after and the next day for good measure, sperm will last for about five days in the reproductive tract. So if you had sex Monday, and you have obviously on Friday, there’s a chance that you got, you can get pregnant. But in reality, the best time, all that matters, I always tell my patients is that you need to have, when you’re predict ovulation-predictor kits says positive. You have sex that day, the next day, and the next day, and everything before and after. It’s recreational for a good marriage.”
