Positioning for Prenatal Massage

“Positioning changes depending on if you’re in your first, second, or third trimester. But the majority of the time you’re going to be on your side, propped up with pillows. Some people do have pregnancy systems that they use with multiple pillows, but we use just regular pillows with the head or in between your knees. And then also, while you’re on your side, we have a one just to prop up your hands so that you’re not collapsing forward.”
