Absolutely. You should definitely continue whatever program you were on while you were pregnant, as far as supplements and prenatal’s, because when you are pregnant, you know, the baby is getting all that nutrition first. And then after you have your baby, you are getting all your nutrition and your milk, you know, as you’re trying to build up that milk supply. And if you do choose to breastfeed, you’re passing on that nutrition to the baby, and it’s really important to take care of ourselves so that we can recover and that we can take care of someone else. We have to make sure that we are completely filled up emotionally, physically nutritionally. If we want to give to someone else so important for us to care for ourselves.
